Project methodologies

We plan to use AVHRR, MODIS, VIIRS and VGT daily surface reflectance and design sensor independent algorithms to be applied to these data sets. We plan to generate a 30+ years of consistent climate modeling grid (CMG, 0.05 deg) resolution Earth Science Data Record & Climate Data Record (ESDR/CDR) quality measures of Vegetation Index and Land surface Phenology.
